One of my friends who lives downtown had to do a gig in Golden Gate Park. He came out to the Richmond district unprepared for the fog and the chill. He called me and asked if I had any warm clothes he could borrow. I looked in my closet and found a Calvin Klein shirt that consisted of a wool blend. It was a plaid orange and black. I wore it to Giants games and it went well with the werewolf makeup I did one Halloween. I walked over to the park which is three blocks from my house and brought the shirt to my friend. He put it on and immediately a bunch of bros were telling him that his shirt was cool. They were all sports fans and the were referring to the colors of the shirt. My friend hates sports and would grimace every time he got a compliment.
My friend wore the shirt home and when he told me to come and get the shirt I told him to just bring it to Goodwill which is really close to his house.
"I left it on a pole on Geary street" he later told me
Last night I was walking down Geary street and happen to look inside a homeless guys cart of stuff and there on top was the shirt.
